“Simple sabotage” or bad customer service?

Hat tip to Gary’s Guide for linking to unclassified CIA documents (Office of Strategic Services) circa January 17, 1944 to sabotage the Nazis.

“Make train travel as inconvenient as possible for enemy personnel. Make mistakes issuing train tickets. Issue 2 tickets for same seat so arguments result. On station bulletin boards, give misleading info for enemy destinations.” – CIA’s Simple Sabotage Field Manual

The Blues Brothers had their own way of dealing with the enemy, specifically Illinois Nazis.
